What do our AI agent development services include?
AILoopwise builds six kinds of Claude-based systems: AI agents, MCP tool integrations, chatbots and assistants, document and knowledge workflows, Claude API integrations, and the deployment and compliance architecture around them. Each one is built for a single workflow first, connected to your existing tools, and run by us after go-live.
AI agents
Software that carries out a multi-step task on its own, such as reading a request, checking the record and drafting the reply. We define what each agent may do, log every action, and keep a human approval step wherever a mistake would be expensive.
MCP tool integrations
The Model Context Protocol is an open-source standard for connecting AI applications to external systems (modelcontextprotocol.io). We build MCP servers that give Claude controlled access to your CRM, your document store or your internal database, with permissions scoped per tool.
Chatbots and assistants
Assistants for your website, your support inbox or your internal team that answer from your own documents. Every customer-facing assistant tells people they are talking to an AI, as Article 50 of the EU AI Act requires.
Document and knowledge workflows
Extraction, classification and search across invoices, contracts and case files, with the result written into the system you already use, for example DATEV in a German tax firm.
Claude API integration
Claude built into software you already run, through Anthropic's API: a summary step in your ticketing tool, a drafting step in your CRM, a review step in your document flow.
Deployment and compliance architecture
We agree with you, per project, where each part of the system runs and who can access the data — typically inside your own systems and accounts. When a project uses Claude, the model call runs through Anthropic's API, which offers no EU-only processing today; that part is governed by contract.

We design, build, and integrate the full system, connected to your tools and tested with your team. Claude is our primary model; the model for each project is agreed with you.

After go-live we monitor quality, update models, and tune the system as your documents and workflows change. No support tickets from your side.

- What is an MCP integration, and do we need one?
- MCP, the Model Context Protocol, is an open-source standard for connecting AI applications such as Claude or ChatGPT to data sources, tools and workflows. You need one when an assistant or agent should read from or act in your own systems; we build the MCP server, scope its permissions and maintain it.
- What does an engagement cost?
- There is no price list, because every business is different. Scope is set in a 30-minute discovery call, and each phase gets fixed terms, typically a one-time setup fee plus a monthly managed service, with no per-seat pricing.
- How long does a pilot take?
- 2–6 weeks, on one workflow, running on your real documents. The Pilot Sprint phase exists so you see actual output quality before committing to a full build.
- Do we have to commit to all four phases?
- No. Each phase stands on its own: start anywhere, stop anytime. A discovery engagement can end with the build plan; a pilot can end with the pilot’s verdict. Expansion happens when the results justify it.
- Which AI models do you implement?
- Claude is our primary model; which model processes your data is agreed with you per project. Model choice is settled in the discovery phase.
- Where does the system run?
- We agree with you, per project, where each part of the system runs and who can access the data — typically inside your own systems and accounts. The Claude model call goes through Anthropic's API, which does not offer EU-only processing today; that part is governed by contract.
- Who runs the system after go-live?
- We do. Managed Operation means we monitor quality, update models, and tune the system as your documents and workflows change, including the connections we built for your project, e.g. to DATEV, Salesforce or HubSpot, as agreed in the project scope. You file no support tickets and need no in-house AI team.
