Bitrix24 integration: Claude AI for CRM, Smart Processes and Open Channels
CoPilot is Bitrix24's own AI. We connect Claude to your account through the REST API or the Bitrix24 MCP Server, for jobs in CRM, Smart Processes and Open Channels. Which writes need a person first is your decision.
How does a Bitrix24 AI integration work?
A Bitrix24 integration from AILoopwise connects Claude to your account through the REST API, with an outbound webhook for events and an incoming webhook for writes, or through the Bitrix24 MCP Server. Claude reads deals, leads and Smart Process items, proposes values, comments and to-dos, and you decide which writes a named person approves.
Where things stand
- As of 2026-11-04, the Bitrix24 MCP Server lets an external AI manage CRM and tasks; an administrator must enable it, on Vibe+ plans only.24
- As of 2026-11-04, Bitrix24's MCP Dev Server at mcp-dev.bitrix24.com serves REST documentation only: it has no access to Bitrix24 data and executes no method calls.1
- As of 2026-11-04, CoPilot in CRM fills String, List, Number and Integer fields from calls, and String, Number and Integer fields from chats, in leads and deals.14,15
- As of 2026-11-04, Bitrix24's Essentials lineup has no REST API access; ongoing access in Bitrix24 Cloud needs a paid Vibe+ plan.12
What we work on in Bitrix24
CRM
Bitrix24's sales core: leads, deals, contacts, companies, estimates and invoices, with several deal pipelines and a Timeline on every item.
Proposing values CoPilot leaves empty, turning Timeline promises into to-dos, and flagging deals whose stage contradicts the last activity.
Smart Process Automation
Custom CRM item types, each with its own form fields, pipelines, kanban stages, access permissions and automation rules.
Drafting a new type's stages and fields from your written procedure, then working its items like deals.
Contact Center and Open Channels
Bitrix24's inbox for CRM forms, website widget, live chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, telephony and email; each Open Channel routes conversations to an agent queue.
Sorting a new conversation into a sales inquiry or a known customer's request, and drafting the agent's first reply.
Automation rules, triggers and Workflow Designer
Per-stage CRM automation: rules act when an item reaches a stage, triggers move an item when a customer acts, and Workflow Designer adds loops.
The judgement a rule cannot make, such as reading a reply and proposing the next stage with its reason.
Tasks and Projects
Bitrix24's task management with Kanban, Gantt and Scrum, checklists, subtasks and templates, plus CRM to-dos on each Timeline.
Turning a call summary or a Timeline promise into a to-do with a deadline and a responsible employee.
CoPilot
Bitrix24's built-in AI. In CRM it transcribes calls, summarises calls, chats and emails, fills empty fields in leads and deals, and creates a rated activity.
Calls and chats on leads and deals. Switch it on first and see what remains.
Bitrix24 MCP Server
Bitrix24's server at mcp.bitrix24.com: an external assistant manages CRM, tasks, company structure, invitations and email from a chat, connected by OAuth or a token.
A rep looks up a deal, moves its stage, or creates tasks from a plan inside the assistant.
Where AI helps in Bitrix24
Open Channel chats and CRM forms into leads
Open ChannelCRM formLeadCompany
- When
- A new Open Channel conversation starts (OnSessionStart), or a CRM form creates a lead
- Reads
- the first messages, the customer the chat tracker recognised, and your routing criteria
- AI
- sorts it into a sales inquiry or a known customer's request and drafts a first reply with the reason
- Result
- a lead proposal or a note to the responsible employee, and a reply draft for the agent; nothing is sent
- Approved by
- the agent currently on the session17,18,19,22
Duplicates and record quality
LeadContactCompanyduplicate merging
- When
- Weekly, after automatic duplicate merging leaves items it will not merge alone
- Reads
- items that match except for one field, their responsible employees, and empty fields
- AI
- groups likely duplicates, proposes the main record and values to keep, and lists empty fields per employee
- Result
- a merge proposal per group and a fix list per employee; nothing is merged
- Approved by
- an administrator or an employee allowed to modify and delete items29
Follow-up after calls and emails
DealTimelinecrm.item.updatecrm.activity.todo
- When
- ONCRMDEALUPDATE reports a deal that just left your first-contact stage
- Reads
- CoPilot's call or email summary, the rep's Timeline notes, and custom fields outside CoPilot's four types
- AI
- proposes those values, drafts the follow-up email and a to-do, and quotes the note behind each
- Result
- a Timeline comment with the proposals; crm.item.update and crm.activity.todo.add run only after a yes; the email stays a draft
- Approved by
- the deal's responsible employee11,14,7,6,8
Pipeline review across deal pipelines
crm.categoryDEAL_STAGE_xxDealActivity
- When
- The day before your pipeline meeting
- Reads
- each deal pipeline from crm.category.list, its stages from crm.status, and each open deal's latest activity
- AI
- lists deals whose stage contradicts what last happened, with the evidence, even where stage names differ
- Result
- one review list per pipeline, one proposed change per line; no stage is moved
- Approved by
- the sales manager who owns each pipeline9,10
A Smart Process from a written procedure
Smart Process Automationcrm.type.addcrm.itementityTypeId
- When
- Your team hands over the procedure it follows today
- Reads
- the document, your deal and company fields, and method details from the MCP Dev Server
- AI
- drafts the type's stages, fields and links to deals and companies, flagging steps the document leaves vague
- Result
- a Smart Process created in a test account with stages switched on, ready for review
- Approved by
- the Bitrix24 administrator with administrative access to CRM26,4,1
How we connect
Bitrix24 offers one native AI, two MCP servers and a REST API; your plan and administrator decide which you can use.
| Route | What it is | Fits when | Limits |
|---|---|---|---|
| Built inCoPilot in CRM | Transcribes calls, summarises calls, chats and emails, fills empty fields in leads and deals, creates activities. | your reps want call and chat summaries and empty fields filled on leads and deals | commercial plans, scenarios enabled by an administrator.13,14,15 |
| Vendor MCPBitrix24 MCP Server | Bitrix24's server for external assistants: tasks, deal stages, pipelines and email, on a user's request. | a rep asks and acts from an assistant chat, one request at a time | Vibe+ plans, off by default; never starts on a portal event.24,25 |
| Vendor MCPBitrix24 MCP Dev Server | Five bitrix-* tools that search REST methods, events and articles, with no key; Claude Desktop and Claude Code are listed clients. | a developer writes a Bitrix24 build and wants real method names | documentation only: it reads and writes no lead, deal, task or file.1 |
| API buildA build on the REST API | Our service, started by an outbound webhook, reads with crm.item.* and writes through an incoming webhook, by default only after a person agrees. | the job starts on a portal event, runs on a Smart Process, or follows a rule only your team has | Vibe+ plans in Bitrix24 Cloud; calls run with the webhook creator's rights and scopes.11,12,3 |
CoPilot already transcribes calls, summarises chats and emails, and fills empty String, List, Number and Integer fields on leads and deals. If that is your gap, enable it and stop there. A rep who only asks and acts from an assistant needs the Bitrix24 MCP Server, not a build. A Claude build earns its place when the work lives in a Smart Process, needs fields CoPilot does not fill, or must start on a portal event with an approval step.
AILoopwise is Certified in the Claude Partner Network.
Is this a fit?
A good fit
- Teams on a Vibe+ plan whose deals carry fields CoPilot does not fill
- Accounts that keep a process in a spreadsheet instead of a Smart Process
- Sales teams with several deal pipelines whose stages drift from the activity
- Contact Center queues where new inquiries and existing customers arrive mixed
Not a fit
- Accounts on the Essentials lineup: no REST API, and external AI integrations need Vibe+
- Teams that only want call summaries and empty fields filled: CoPilot does that
Limits and data handling
- Non-Enterprise plans drain the REST request counter at 2 per second and block at 50; Enterprise drains at 5 and blocks at 250. Apps on one server share one limit.2
- A batch carries at most 50 methods, a cloud request must finish within 60 seconds, and each app or webhook has an operating-time budget.2
- An incoming webhook acts with its creator's rights, so the build gets its own employee account with only the scopes it needs.11
- Bitrix24 warns that MCP connections may bring security and data processing risks outside its control, so we start with read requests.24
We agree with you, per project, where each part of the system runs and who can access the data, typically inside your own systems and accounts. When we use Claude through Anthropic's API, the model call runs at Anthropic and is governed by contract.
How a project runs
- 01
Find the loop We sit with your team and list the work that comes back every week. Then we pick the loop that costs the most hours.
- 02
Map it Every step, every tool, every decision: where the inquiry lands, who touches it, what they look up, where the time goes.
- 03
Build the agents Each step gets an agent with the skills to do it inside your tools. One reads and sorts every inquiry, one logs it in the CRM, one pulls up the customer's history, one drafts the reply and the follow-ups.
- 04
Add the checkers A second set of agents checks every result: wrong data, a duplicate, a missed follow-up. Anything unclear goes to a person.
- 05
Close the loop The loop runs. Your team approves, handles the exceptions and talks to the customer.
In step 2 your Bitrix24 administrator creates the integration's employee account and webhooks, and decides whether to allow external AIs under Settings > MCP servers.
Questions about Bitrix24
- Does Bitrix24 have an MCP server?
- Yes, two. The Bitrix24 MCP Server at mcp.bitrix24.com lets an external assistant manage CRM, tasks and email once an administrator enables it, on Vibe+ plans only. The MCP Dev Server at mcp-dev.bitrix24.com serves REST documentation only and cannot see your data. Reps use the first, developers the second.
- Is there a Bitrix24 Claude connector?
- Not in Claude's directory: we found no Bitrix24 connector page there on 2026-11-04. Claude can still reach the Bitrix24 MCP Server as a custom connector, since Claude accepts remote MCP servers with OAuth. Bitrix24's guide shows ChatGPT and Manus AI, not Claude, so we test it on your account first.
- What does CoPilot in Bitrix24 do?
- CoPilot in Bitrix24 CRM transcribes calls, summarises calls, chats and emails, fills empty fields in leads and deals, and creates a rated activity. Where a field already holds a value, it suggests a change. It needs a commercial plan and an administrator who enables each scenario.
- Is there a Bitrix24 CoPilot API?
- Not one we found for calling CoPilot itself, as of 2026-11-04. Bitrix24's ai.engine.* methods do the reverse: an administrator uses them to connect your own AI service to Bitrix24. To have Claude act on CRM data, use the REST API with webhooks or the MCP Server.
- How do I build an AI agent for Bitrix24?
- Pick the route by what starts the job. Vibecode is Bitrix24's platform where AI writes apps, bots and agents that Vibecode hosts. The MCP Server lets an assistant act when a user asks. A REST API build starts on a portal event, such as a deal update, and, by default, stops at an approval step before it writes.
- Can AI handle Smart Process automation in Bitrix24?
- Yes, next to your automation rules, which keep doing the fixed steps. Claude reads a Smart Process item through crm.item.* with its entityTypeId, proposes the next stage or field values with the reason, and by default writes nothing until the responsible employee agrees. It can also draft a new Smart Process from a written procedure.
- What can a Bitrix24 incoming webhook do?
- A Bitrix24 incoming webhook calls REST methods through a secret URL, within its chosen scopes and with the rights of the employee who created it, so it is easy to over-grant. Our builds use a dedicated employee account with narrow scopes, plus an outbound webhook for events such as ONCRMDEALUPDATE.
- Can Claude change Bitrix24 records without asking?
- In our builds, not by default: Claude posts its proposal as a Timeline comment, and crm.item.update runs only after the responsible employee agrees. Which steps may write without that is your decision. For the MCP Server, Bitrix24 says the assistant acts only when a user asks and within that user's permissions; its ChatGPT guide shows the assistant asking before each action.
