- Do I need to prepare anything?
- No preparation is required. Knowing which document types you handle — PDF, DOCX, scans — and where the bottleneck sits makes the demo more concrete, but the first step of the call is exactly that conversation.
- Who should join from our side?
- The person who owns the workflow — a partner, practice manager or team lead. A developer is welcome but not needed: you need no special technical infrastructure, and we handle deployment and operation on Hetzner in Germany for EU clients.
- Is this a sales pitch?
- It is 30 minutes, no slides: we show a live system processing documents like yours, explain how per-client isolation and hosting in your region work, and end with an honest fit assessment — including “not a fit, try this instead” when that is the truth.
- Can we see the system on our own documents?
- The demo runs on documents like yours from your industry — you watch parsing, OCR and extraction live. Your own documents come in at the Pilot Sprint — 2–6 weeks, one workflow, on your real files — so you judge output quality before committing to a build.
- How is confidentiality handled?
- The intro call needs no confidential material at all — the demo uses documents like yours, not yours. In a deployment, each client runs a GDPR-ready isolated system with its own PostgreSQL schema: EU clients on Hetzner in Germany, US clients on US infrastructure, separated per client end to end.
- What happens after the call?
