Why we built AILoopwise
Mid-sized European companies — 20 to 500 employees — are stuck. Enterprise AI platforms are often oversized and expensive for the mid-market, and take months to roll out. Generic tools like ChatGPT can't access internal documents on their own and leave the data-protection questions to you. Companies with complex documents, compliance requirements, and limited IT budgets have the fewest options.
We built AILoopwise to fill that gap. We design, implement, and run AI systems — document intelligence, knowledge Q&A, data extraction, integrations, automation — built into the tools our clients already use. No platform subscription. Where Your System Runs
We agree with you, per project, where each part of the system runs and who can access the data — typically inside your own systems and accounts. Claude is our primary model. When a project uses Claude, the model call runs through Anthropic's API, with inference in the US or globally, not guaranteed in the EU; that part is governed by contract.
GDPR, Designed In Per Project
GDPR is handled in the scoping of every project, not assumed — not a checkbox. For law and tax firms, we sign both a data processing agreement (AVV, Art. 28 GDPR) and a confidentiality obligation under § 203 StGB.
