Book your Growth Assessment

We only take on companies where we see clear growth potential. In a 30-minute assessment we find out whether that applies to you. If it doesn't, we'll tell you.

30 minutes · times are shown in your time zone

The assessment carries no fee and no obligation to continue.

Booking runs through Calendly, a US service. What happens to your data: privacy policy

What happens in 30 minutes

  1. We look at one recurring process with you: how it runs today and where the time goes.
  2. We tell you whether AI can release growth there, inside the systems you already run.
  3. You leave with a clear yes or no.

Questions before you book

Does the assessment cost anything?

No. The assessment carries no fee and no obligation to continue.

Do I need to prepare anything?

No. It helps to know which recurring process costs your team the most hours, and which systems it runs in. That is where the 30 minutes start.

Who should join from your side?

The person who owns the process: a partner, an office manager or a team lead. A developer is welcome but not needed.

Is this a sales pitch?

No. It is 30 minutes about one process: how it runs today, where the time goes and which systems it touches. It ends with a clear yes or no, including “not a fit” when that is the answer.

How is confidentiality handled?

The assessment needs no confidential material: we talk about the process, not your data. In a project, we agree with you where each part of the system runs and who can access the data, typically inside your own systems and accounts. When we use Claude through Anthropic's API, the model call runs at Anthropic and is governed by contract.

What happens after the call?

If we see clear growth potential, we agree the next step with you on the call. If we don't, we tell you.

Why work with a firm that has roots in Germany?

Your contact in the US is Tomas Zajfert, in Sacramento, on Pacific time. Where each part of a system runs is agreed with you per project, typically inside your own systems and accounts.
